1871 Bygget som skonnert FREMAD av Rødsverven (senere A/S Framnæs mek. Værksted), Sandeherred (Sandefjord) for Chr. Christensen (II), Framnæs.
1887 Registrert på Chr. Christensen m.fl. m/M. Hansen som skipper.
1889 Solgt til A/S Oceana (Chr. Christensen (II), Framnæs, disponent). Satt inn i bottlenose fangst.
1898 Disponent ansvaret overlates Johan Bryde, Sandefjord. Chr. Christensens svigersønn
1905 Disponent ansvaret overlates Jean B. Linaae.
1909 A/S Oceana avvikles 20/12-1909. De 6 skip som var igjen: ARIES, CITO, FRANKLIN, FORTUNA, FREMAD og HERTHA, samt Gonvig Trankogeri ble da overtatt i 1910 for kr. 215 000 av et nytt A/S Oceana (18/01-1910) med Haldor Virik som disponent.
1915 Fremdeles eiet av A/S «Oceana» (Haldor Virik), Sandefjord ifølge Norges Handelsflåte 1915. Benyttet som selfanger.
1917 Bygd om til motordrift. Innsatt en to-sylindret 2-takt råolje motor på 80 BHK. Syl. dim.: 13″ x 13,4″ bygd av J & C. G. Bolinders mek. Verkstads Aktiebolag, Stockholm i 1917.
Nye målinger: 147 brt, 93 nrt. L: 92,6’ – B: 21,9’ – D: 10,8’ (eng.ft)
1919 Registrert med Kr. Lorentzen, Sandnessjøen som eier. Omdøpt MAIROSEN.
1922 Solgt til A/S Mairosen (Conrad Marthinsen & Co., Fonnes), Bergen
1935 I følge DnV reg 1935 oppført som MAIROSEN, fremdeles med A/S Mairosen (C. Marthinsen & Co), Bergen som eiere.
1938 Sank etter grunnstøting i Korsfjorden i januar. Hun het da MAIROSEN og hørte hjemme på Fonnes, Bergen.
1939 Solgt til Skibs-A/S Verma (Bjarne Gundersen), Oslo.
1940 Brant i Trondheim 16/06 etter antennelse av bensinsøl og gass fra tomfat.
Fartøyet sank dagen etter og ble kondemnert
1871 Built as schooner FREMAD by Rødsverven (later A/S Framnæs mek. Værksted), Sandefjord for Chr. Christensen (II), Framnæs.
1887 Registered on Chr. Christensen et al. With M. Hansen as skipper. A/S Oceana is established. A/S Oceana was a company established by Chr. Christensen and a German citizen Mr. C. Lindenberg (representative of the firm Woltereck & Robertson, Hamburg). Were established 23/02-1887 with a capital of NOK. 94.000.
1889 Sold to A/S Oceana (Chr. Christensen (II), Framnæs, manager). Included in bottlenose catching. In this year, A/S Oceana purchased total four sealers from Chr. Christensen, and the share capital was increased to NOK. 600,000.
1890 The law of 17/05-1890 made it necessary for any company engaged in trade to register.
1891 A/S Oceana registered in the Sandefjord company register 21/03 1891 with Christen Christensen as chairman of the board and Johan Bryde as board member. Johan Bryde was Chr. Christensen's son-in-law. William Robertson of the Hamburg company Woltereck & Robertson was originally from Scotland.
1898 Johan Bryde, Sandefjord appointed as manager.
1905 Jean B. Linaae take over as manager.
1909 A/S Oceana liquidated on 20/12-1909. The 6 remaining ships: ARIES, CITO, FRANKLIN, FORTUNA, FREMAD and HERTHA, including Gonvig Trankogeri, Sandefjord was taken over for kr. 215 000 by a new A/S Oceana (estbl. 18/01-1910) with Mr. Haldor Virik as manager.
1913 Sold to new owners in Langesund, Norway.
1915 According “Norges Handelsflaate 1915” (Norwegian Merchant Ships of 1915”) FREMAD is still under control of A/S Ocean w/Haldor Virik as manager. Used as a sealer.
1917 Converted to engine operation. Inserted a two-cylinder 2-stroke oil engine at 80 BHK. Cyl. diam .: 13 ″-13.4 ″ built by J & C. G. Bolinders mek. Verkstads Aktiebolag, Stockholm in 1917.
New hull measurements: 147 brt, 93 nrt. Dimensions: L: 92.6 '- B: 21.9' - D: 10.8 '
1921 Registered with Kr. Lorentzen, Sandnessjøen as owner. Renamed MAIROSEN.
1922 Sold to A/S Mairosen (Conrad Marthinsen & Co., Fonnes), Bergen
1935 According to DnV reg 1935 listed as MAIROSEN, still with A/S Mairosen (C. Marthinsen & Co), Bergen as owners.
1938 Sunk after grounding in the Korsfjorden during January. Her name was at the time MAIROSEN and had Fonnes by Bergen as home port.
1939 Sold to Skibs-A/S Verma (Bjarne Gundersen), Oslo.
1940 Caught fire in Trondheim 18/06 caused by ignition of gasoline from empty barrels.
The vessel sank the following day and was condemned
